1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Intergrow, the operator of Ignition & Velocity ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"), governing your access to and use of the Ignition & Velocity website, mobile applications, newsletters, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service in any manner — including browsing the website, reading articles, subscribing to our newsletter, or using any feature of the platform — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms include both the individual user and the organisation.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Users between the ages of 16 and 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Ignition & Velocity is a digital motorsport media publication operated by Intergrow. The Service provides editorial content covering Formula 1, Formula 2, GT racing, endurance racing, IndyCar, NASCAR, and other motorsport disciplines. Our content includes, but is not limited to, race reports, news articles, press releases, technical analyses, long-form features, interviews, and editorial opinion pieces.

The Service may include a newsletter subscription feature, search functionality, and a multilingual (English/Spanish) reading experience. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Not Professional Advice. The content published on Ignition & Velocity is intended solely for informational and entertainment purposes in the context of motorsport journalism. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, medical, or any other form of professional advice. We do not operate as a betting, gambling, or financial advisory service. References to race outcomes, championship predictions, or driver performance assessments are editorial opinions based on available information and do not constitute recommendations for wagering or investment.

3. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Ignition & Velocity platform — including but not limited to articles, headlines, decks, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript code, databases, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the exclusive intellectual property of Intergrow and/or Izu Okpara, or is used under licence from respective rights holders.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database right, and other intellectual property laws in all jurisdictions in which we operate. The Ignition & Velocity name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of Intergrow and may not be used without our express prior written consent.

Limited Personal Use Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or republish any content from the Service in any format, including social media, without clear attribution and a link to the original source;
• Commercially exploit any portion of the Service or its content;
• Create derivative works based on the Service's content without our prior written permission;
• Systematically download or scrape content from the Service using automated tools, bots, spiders, or similar technologies;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, proprietary legends, or other notices contained in the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that we consider harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties.

5. Content Accuracy and Disclaimers

Ignition & Velocity strives to publish accurate, timely, and well-sourced motorsport journalism. We employ editorial standards designed to verify information before publication and to correct material errors as promptly as practicable. However, motorsport is a fast-moving subject area where information changes rapidly, results are subject to official review and appeal, and circumstances can evolve significantly between the time of writing and the time of reading.

No Warranty. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) information published on the Service is accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) any defects in the Service will be corrected.

Race results, championship standings, and driver/team statistics published on the Service reflect information available at the time of publication and may not reflect subsequent official revisions, steward decisions, or FIA/series-level appeals. We make every effort to update published information when material corrections are required, but we cannot guarantee that all published data remains current at any given time.

We may correct, update, or remove content at any time without notice. Corrections will be made transparently where they affect the material substance of previously published reporting.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERGROW, IGNITION & VELOCITY, THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Any unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your data;
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party;

• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, or privacy right;
• Any content you submit to the Service (if applicable);
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Intergrow is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence will also apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties within 30 days of written notice shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Intergrow is registered, unless an alternative dispute resolution procedure is required by applicable mandatory law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Intergrow.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion.
